Naama Haneman uses metal tools to engage in a traditional manual craft technique, which transforms two-dimensional meal plates into three-dimensional objects by means of heating and hammering. Haneman engages with the material’s transformation and sculpting potential by softening, hardening, stretching and condensing the metal.
