The vessel in Self Portrait series reflects my own journey seeking an art, a form, and a way to express myself. Each object was designed in accordance with my personal perspective, which sees in any artwork a reflection of the artist’s ‘self’ and serves as a type of self-portrait. Through the vessels, I have explored the importance of the image of the face in a self-portrait, have used this concept and distanced more towards the inner image, the abstract.
